Feather of Life

I've seen the feather effect on Photoshop CS2 tutorial and i've tried doing it. I'ts just easy as 1-2-3. First made a solid diagonal block then click FILTER>Wind. then duplicate the Wind and rotate and mirror it so that it can be aligned with the other. Then color it and some effects

This is the other that i made. with bursh tool i made the torned effect.
